We do not collect any information from your computer for the pages you access on our website.

We do, however, collect information through our Contact Us area (via you sending us an email) and Membership details (where you opt to recieve updates about the website). Details on the collection and use of this information are given below.

What do we do with the information provided in Contact Us and Membership?

Through our Contact Us and Membership areas we:

• provide feedback facilities on the BCPNG site to allow users to provide input into the site's future development
• provide a facility for users to comment on the provision of service by BCPNG
• allow users to receive regular updates about the website

We receive your name and/or email details for the purpose of replying to your feedback & sending out updates. This information will only be used for the purpose for which it was provided. We will not add your email address or name to any mailing list.

BCPNG will not publish aggregated information about feedback on the site, to the extent that it does not identify or cannot be used to identify individual users.
