THE 2008 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The Annual General Meeting for 2008 was held at the Holiday Inn, Kumul Room on the 25th of June 2008. A Business Breakfast was held just before the AGM and Hon. Puka Temu, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Lands and Physical Planning was the guest speaker. His presentation was on "Opportunities in the Resources Sector".

A number of 30 BCPNG members attended the AGM.

2007 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The 2007 Business Council of PNG Annual General Meeting was held on the 27th of June 2007. The Office Bearers for 2007 are as follows: President - Mr. Henry Kila OBE, Vice President - Mr. Gerea Aopi CBE and Treasurer - Mr. Jonathan Seeto.

Two members of the Executive Committee resigned - Mr. Mike Manning and Mr. Syd Yates. The three additional nominations for the Executive Committee for 2007 were: Mr. Paul Barker - Director of Institute of National Affairs, Mr. Troy Stubbings - Steamships Trading Company Ltd and Mr. Stan Joyce of SP Brewery replacing Mr. Nigel Yeo.
