Business Breakfasts/Luncheons
BCPNG holds regular Business Breakfasts. These popular events feature expert speakers from a range of sectors, discussing matters of current interest to the business community.
July 2009 - Business Breakfast
The 2009 Business Breakfast was held on the 15th of July 2009 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel. The guest speaker was Hon. Sir Puka Temu, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Lands and Physical Planning and Mining.
The topic of his presentation was on: Land Reforms; Importance to Business and Investments and Long Term Development Strategy.
March 2008 - Australia PM, Hon. Kevin Rudd Breakfast
The Business Council of Papua New Guinea and the Australian PNG Business Council co-hosted a Business Breakfast with Hon. Kevin Rudd, Australian Prime Minister to address the private sector on the 7th of March 2008.
The breakfast was fully attended by 300 members of both BCPNG and APNGBC memberships who ate together with the Prime Minister, his delegates and the Presidents of both Business Councils of PNG and Australia.
June 2008 - Business Breakfast
The Business Council of PNG, hosted another Business Breakfast at the Holiday Inn on the 25th of June 2009.
The guest speaker for the Business Breakfast was Hon. Dr. Puka Temu, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Lands and Physical Planning and Mining.
The title of his presentation was: "Opportunities in the Resources Sector". His presentation provided an outlook on the opportunities at hand and insights of the Minister of Lands, Physical Planning and Mining with issues that are of imminent interest for the business community and the general public.
June 2008 - LNG Business Breakfast
Again both BCPNG and APNGBC hosted another business breakfast on LNG. The business breakfast facilitated awareness of the potential economic impacts and scale of the PNG LNG Project among policy-makers from the public an private sectors. The guest speaker was Mr. Paul Balfe,
June 2007 -Business Breakfast

2007 Business Breakfasts/Luncheons
The BCPNG will host quarterly Business Breakfasts or Luncheons for its members and the business comunity.
A number of the events will be taken around the country and held in conjunction with the Chamber of Commerce.
The BCPNG aims to bring both speakers from PNG Power & Digicel to various other business centres in Papua New Guinea.
