2009 PNG AUSTRALIA BUSINESS FORUM
The 25th Papua New Guinea Business Forum, held in Madang, Papua New Guinea, from 17 to 19 May , was attended by 223 delegates, partners, speakers and guests representing a wide cross section of business and national government from Papua New Guinea and Australia.

2008 HIGHLIGHTS
Australia PM Hon. Kevin Rudd Business Breakfast
The BCPNG and APNGBC co-hosted a Business Breakfast with Hon. Kevin Rudd to address the private sector on the 7th of March 2008. The breakfast was fully attended exclusively by more than 300 members of both BCPNG and APNGBC memberships who ate together with the Prime Minister, his delegates and the Presidents of both Business Councils of PNG and Australia.
LNG Business Breakfast hosted by BCPNG and PNGCCI
The BCPNG and PNGCCI together co-hosted another breakfast. The LNG Business Breakfast was held on the 27th June 2008. The breakfast facilitated awareness of the potential economic impacts and scale of the PNG LNG Project among policy-makers from the public and private sectors. An overview of the written PNG LNG Economic Impact Report (focusing the economics and impact and lessons learned from interantional experiences) was presented by Paul Balfe.
2008 AGM
The 2008 AGM breaksfast was held at the Holiday Inn, Kumul Room on the 25th June 2008. The guest speaker at the breakfast was Hon. Puka Temu. His speech was on "Building a prosperous and better PNG through strategic partnership with the Private Sector".
The breakfast was followed by the AGM. About 20 members attended the AGM.
